Lenleys approached us to produce a sales brochure for their regular Summer Campaign. Part of the thinking behind the mailer was to review and understand how Lenleys are perceived and how they want to be represented; it was felt that their existing marketing was too mass-market for their target audience, and that they needed to capitalise on their history and traditions whilst still promoting their offering as ‘fresh’ and on-trend.
With the 2017 Summer Campaign, we suggested a move away from their usual marketing approach: instead of selling the products through an A2 folded to A5 mailer, we recommended designing a sales brochure that would not only promote the products, but Lenleys as well.
We produced a 24 page brochure which sold the design aesthetic as well as the lifestyle choices that Lenleys customers make. The idea was to communicate elegance, luxury and the ‘trusted’ position of Lenleys with their existing customers.
We advised that the brochure should also be sent to local affluent postcode areas. This meant that people who were unfamiliar with Lenleys would receive a great first impression: a beautifully put together and printed brochure, showcasing quality products for a reasonable price.
