Lace & Favour began as a cottage industry creating beautiful handmade wedding favours for family and friends. They have now grown to an international online retailer selling everything you need to create a perfect wedding day.
In this highly competitive market Lace & Favour wanted to promote their business above their competition and gain traction with search engines. To increase their online presence they needed a website design to compete at an international level that worked on all devices, from hand held to tablet to desktop.
Lace & Favour chose Michael Bell One to redesign and rebuild their website. We created a bespoke design and modern ecommerce CMS which is beautiful yet intuitive to navigate, making the whole online shopping experience a breeze on all devices.
After the new website was launched we let google normalise and saw an increase in traffic from mobile and tablet devices. However there was more work that we could do to increase the traffic to the website. We recommended an SEO campaign targeting the core business. This targeted approach has paid dividends as we can see from the results above.

We grew the website traffic year on year, by over 337%. Organic traffic became the biggest driver of sales to the website and transactions are up over 200%. We also managed to reduce the bounce rate by over 10% with a more engaging website design.
